BPOM’s officers were witnessed the Head of the Great Researcher of Drugs and Food (BBPOM) Medan Ali Bata Harahap (the middle) along the Chairman of Committee II DPD RI Parlindungan Purba (the left) fired on the pile of evidence items when the destruction of drug products and illegal food in Medan, North Sumatra, Friday (9/9). BPOM carries out the destruction of 1.699 items or 130.222 packaging of drug and food products that do not meet standards as well as do not have edar permits and contains hazardous chemicals worth Rp 3 billion in July 2015 until September 2016 in Medan City.
