Head of State Intelligence Agency (BIN) General Pol. Budi Gunawan (left) received a welcome speech from the Head of Polri Komjen Pol Syafruddin Education Institute (right) inaugurated ceremony at the State Palace, Jakarta, Friday (9/9). Komjen Pol.
