ALKES CORRUPTION HEARING

The case of the corruption of RSUD projects and health tools of a number of Puskesmas in Tangsel, Tubagus Chaeri Wardana alias Wawan informed the questions of judges when examined in the hearing in the Serang Tipikor Court, Banten, Wednesday (21/9). Wawan as the Chairman of Kadin Banten along the Office Dinkes Tangsel accompanied by article 5 paragraph 1 Law No.20 on the Decree of the Corruption Act because it has set the winner of the project as well as manipulating alkes to detrimental the country’s money of Rp9.7 billion.
