PORT PROJECT CORRUPTION

Head of Department of SDAP (Water Resources and settlements) Banten Iing Suwargi Provincial Government (left) informed the questions of judges when checked in the case of the corruption of the project Normalization of Muara Karangantu Port in the Serang Tipikor Court, Banten, Wednesday (21/9). The charged Iing violates the article 5 paragraph 1 Law No. 20/2001 on the Corruption Act and harms the country of Rp4,8 billion because it marks the port project until now has not been disabled from the positionya.
