It is the case of burning its own land, Sugito alias Gito bin Ngali (the middle) undergoing a hearing agenda in the Dumai State Court, Dumai, Riau, Monday (26/9). The Dumai State Court drops the vonis a year of prison to be charged because it violates Article 188 of the Criminal and rejects the Cavitation as suspected to violate Article 108 Law No.32 Year 2009. In the judgment, the opinion of different judges (senting opinion) on the judge of a member of one who argued the violation of the procedure was deleted due to the dismissal of the legal advisor.
