LAND BURNER DEMANDS HEARING

The land burner of Syamsir alias Untat bin Muhammad Basyir undergoes a hearing with the agenda of the claim by the general prosecutor (JPU) in the Dumai State Court, Riau, Thursday (6/10). In the trial JPU demanded Syamsir Scholarship for four years of prison and fineness of Rp3 billion subsider two months of prison because it proves legally and convinced guilt of climbing criminals open the land for plantations by burning as set and threatened criminals in Law RI No.32 Year 2009 on Protection and Environmental Management.
