The President Director of PT Indika Energy Tbk Arsjad Rasjid (center) along other directors discussed the material spoken in the general meeting of annual shareholders (RUPST), in Jakarta, Thursday (28/5). In RUPST, in addition to being decided to share profits worth Rp437,4 billion through the stock worth Rp84 perlembar, it is also decided to assign the Wardhana’s Wishnu as a Recruited Representative and Richard Bruce and Eddy Junaidi Danu as director.
