ELEPHANT SUMATERA
The officer feeds one of Sumatra’s elephants (Elephas maximus sumatranus) that will be relocated while being raised while having a 24-hour journey from Indra Giri Hulu, Riau to Jambi, Kamis (10/11). Parties of Natural Resources Conservation (BKSDA) Jambi with several local animal care organizations will be allocated a teenage Sumatra elephant from Bukit Tiga Puluh Jambi National Park found to explore the Riau Province to the Harapan Forest area in Sarolangun Regency, Jambi to avoid the possibility of conflicts with humans and also the efforts to approach the group.
