The officer serves the complaint of the community through the Consumer Services "Sigap" in the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Jakarta, Thursday (17/11). Through the service "Sigap" OJK serves directly complaint through the phone of the consumer or the financial industry customers of the bank and nonbank regarding the alleged violation of the OJK supervision policy.
