The Minister of Empowerment of State Aparatur and Reform of bureaucracy (Ring RB) Asman Abnur conveys speech to a number of stakeholders when a job visit at Tanjung Perak Silver Port, Surabaya, East Java, Friday (18/11). In the occasion, Asman Abnur encourages the use of the information technology system (IT) which is expected to lower the process of "dwelling time" at Tanjung Perak Silver Port, as well as preventing illegal gut practices at the port.
