Sipir officers maintain Zulkarnain (45) Teumpok Teungoh people, the narapidana of the blurred cases while undergoing intensive care at one of the hospitals in Lhokseumawe, Aceh Province, Wednesday (23/11). Narapidana who undergoes 5 years of prison sentences was escaped on March 17, 2016 from the Class IIA Lhokseumawe and managed to arrest the officer after the round of mass ulcers in the village of Mon Geudong Aceh.
