HANDLING OF NATURAL DISASTER VICTIMS

The combined team of BPBD, Basarnas, TNI/Polri and RAPI volunteers using rubber boats to save a victim on the simulation of handling of flooding in Banda Aceh, Aceh, Saturday (03/12).
