President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono when he gave his speech at the inauguration of the central campus building of Keguruan Institute and Education Sciences (IKIP) PGRI, in Semarang, Jateng, Tuesday (9/6). In the event attended by hundreds of teachers and lecturers, President said Indonesia has gained the world’s appreciation for the success of educational reforms carried out with a variety of programs to improve the participation of school children, an increase in educational colonialism, to the allocation of educational budget by 20 percent.
