NEW VARIETIES
MALANG, 16/06 - NEW VARIETAS. A member of the research team carries out the measurement of protein content from the latest emerging green bean varieties named Vima-1, using Multi Biorette tools in Chemical Laboratory and Food Technology, Balitkabi (Philosure Crop Research and Umbi-Umbian), Malang, East Java, Tuesday (16/06). Varieties that are able to produce 1.75 tons per hectares of green beans in once the harvest, it has a high protein content that is about 28 percent and more durable, so it is beneficial for the food industry made by green beans.
