RE-REVIEWING HEARING CASE MONEY LAUNDERING

Former Treasurer of the Middle Sulawesi Governor in 2007-2011, Rita Sahara was represented in the case of corruption and money laundering when following the re-reviewing hearing (PK) held in the Palu Tipikor Court, Central Sulawesi, Thursday (19/1). Rita Sahara submitted PK after previously declared to be guilty and punished 7 years of prison then the fine of Rp 300 million subsidair 4 months of the rate as well as additional criminals paying a refund of Rp 3.6 billion subsidair 2 years of prison.
