PK CORRUPTION FORMER WABUB DONGGALA

Former Vice Bupati Donggala, Ali Lasamaulu, who is also the case of the travel corruption in the fictive office undergoing a re-reviewing hearing (PK) in the Palu Tipikor Court, Central Sulawesi, Friday (27/1). Ali Lasamaulu filed PK after previously declared guilty by Supreme Court (MA) and was punished five years of prison with fines Rp 200 million subsider six months of the rate and paid the substitute money of the country’s losses of Rp716 million subsider two years of prison related to the case of fictive travel corruption when serving as Vice Bupati Donggala, Central Sulawesi.
