Chairman of Ombudsman Amzulian Rifai (center) accompanied by Vice Chairman of Ombudsman Lely Pelitasari Soebekty (second right), Member of Ombudsman Alvin Lie (right), Ninik Rahayu (second left) and Ahmad Suaedy (left) provided a press release when the inauguration of the use of the Public Report Services Center in the office of Ombudsman, Jakarta, Wednesday (8/2). On the occasion Ombudsman said that during 2016 the party received more than 10,000 public reports on maladministration relief in public services as well as for 2017 estimated the number of incoming reports will experience spikes up to 100 percent.
