The chairman of the Constitutional Court (MK), Mahfud MD provides information on the relevant press has been completed all the trials of the Articles of Association of General Selection (PHPU) in the MK building, Jakarta, Wednesday (24/6). Mahfud stated MK has attempted to enforce substantive justice by still receiving, checking and judging PHPU items in this last month although many of the files of the matter have a technical error of the procedure or blurry (obscuur) that does not correspond to the legal guidelines of the event.
