PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING

A number of foreign students conduct food processing practices using durian raw materials in Food Processing Technology Laboratory (TPP) Universitas Catholic Widya Mandala Surabaya (UKWMS), East Java, Thursday (9/2). Activities attended by eight students from Osaka Institute of Technology (OIT), Japan and six students from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST) are the implementation of cooperation between UKWMS, OIT and NTUST in implementing problems-based learning systems regarding waste-free food technologies.
