Former Governor of Sumut who became the case of a suap of the members of the DPRD Sumut Gatot Pujo Nugroho followed the judgment of the judgment in the District Court of Tipikor Medan, North Sumatra, Thursday (9/3). Gatot Pujo Nugroho was sentenced to 4 years 2 months of prison and fineness of Rp250 million, because it proved guilty of doing a stake involving a part of the members of the DPRD Sumut on the approval of the Sumut provincial government liability report in 2012, the approval of the APBD change 2013 and the APBD 2014 stake worth Rp 61 billion.
