The President Director of BNI Achmad Baiquni (the left quarter) combined with the Vice President Director Herry Sidharta (the left five) and the Board of Directors of BNI as the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) 2017 at the Head Office of BNI, Jakarta, Thursday (16/3). RUPS BNI Year 2016 affirms the distribution of deviden by Rp 3.96 T or 35 percent of the total profit of BNI 2016, then raised Herry Sidharta as Vice President Director of BNI replacing Suprajarto, raised Catur Budi Harto as one of the Directors of BNI, and raised Ahmad Fikri Asegaf as Independent Commissioner.
