Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Muliaman D. Hadad (right) provided the press of three OJK (PJOK) regulations in Jakarta, Wednesday (5/4). PJOK which is a follow-up of Law Number 9 of 2016 on the Prevention and Handling of Financial System Crisis (PPKSK Law) includes PJOK about the Status and Advanced Act of Public Bank Supervision, PJOK about the Intermediate Bank, and the PJOK on Action Plan (Recovery Plan) for the Systemic Bank.
