The lecturer of the Cimande stream, Muhammad Joseph, devoted the Silat Tepak Salancar technique on the Buhun Penca event, a series of the World’s Self-East Festival activities in Purwakarta District, West Java, Friday (21/4). The Buhun Penca activity features several traditional sylat flows that are not touched by the development of the current sylat flow that is still preserved in a number of regions.
