Tokyo, 14/7 President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono was established with Vice President Jusuf Kalla before leading the Paripurna Cabinet Hall that discussed the Drafting of APBN 2010, authorized president, in Jakarta, Tuesday (14/7).
