BENGKULU, 17/7 - LIMBAH BATUBARA. Two people of coal waste collector fishermen in Bengkulu Water River using boat, Friday (17/7). Nelayan who is able to issue five to seven sacks at the price of Rp14 thousand - Rp20 thousand per bag is threatened to lose income due to the absence of coal waste transportation permits out the area by ESDM Office.
