BLOOMING TRADITION

Hundreds of Pekanbaru enjoys Balimau water reservoirs in the series of 'Petang Megang' events on the banks of Siak River in Pekanbaru, Riau, Friday (26/5). Megang’s petang is the tradition of the Pekanbaru community in welcoming the holy month of Ramadan that is believed to be a self-cleaning efforts of impurities, whether it looks (the body’s inherent dust) or invisible impurities (the sin).
