LIQUID SMOKE

BOGOR, 24/7-ASAP CAIR. A citizen installs coconut shell burning smoke cerobong in one of LPPM IPB's liquid smoke industry in Cihideung Udik, Ciampea, Bogor, Jabar, Friday (24/7). Liquid smoke made of coconut shell combustion is used as a formalin replacement food preservative that is currently harmful to human health. The liquid smoke is sold at Rp. 20.000/botol 700 ml.
