LIQUID SMOKE

BOGOR, 24/7-ASAP CAIR. A citizen is burning coconut as one of the raw materials for making liquid smoke under one of the LPPM IPB's liquid smoke industry in Cihideung Udik, Ciampea, Bogor, Jabar, Friday (24/7). Liquid smoke made of coconut shell combustion is used as a formalin replacement food preservative that is currently harmful to human health. The liquid smoke is sold at Rp. 20.000/botol 700 ml.
