EVACUATION WNI FROM MARAWI CITY

A number of Indonesian citizens (WNI) combined in the plurality of the tablig was recorded by the KBRI team and the Philippine Armed Force before evacuated from Marawi City, Lanao del Sur Province in Mindanao Island, Philippines, Thursday (1/6). The KBRI team in Manilla and Davao City with the help of the Philippines’s security authorities evacuated 10 WNI people from the Inu Daran Mosque in Marawi City and six WNI people from Al Kuwait Mosque in Sultan Dragon Dimaporo city to Davao City to further branched to Indonesia related to the occurrence of armed conflicts between the Philippines government with the Maute militan group affiliated with ISIS in Marawi City.
