JAKARTA, 27/7-GUGATAN PUTUSAN MA. Chairman of the Yudisial Commission (KY) Busyro Muqoddas (right) listened to the explanation of the Chairman of the National Safe Party DPP (PAN) Patrialis Akbar (left) when registering a group on the decision of the Supreme Court (MA) which cancels the KPU regulation on the acquisition of legislative member seats to the Yudisial Commission (KY) in Jakarta, Monday (27/7). The three parties of the election participants, PPP, PAN and PKS assessed the MA has no authority to conduct the test of material against the regulations of KPU because it does not enter the hierarchy of the legislation in Indonesia.
