In the meeting resulted in a number of decisions including, agreeing to the annual report, the retaining of financial statements of the year of the book ended on December 31, 2016 and approved the dividend distribution of Rp164,12 billion or equivalent of Rp30 per share sheet of the company’s net profit for the year of the book 2016.
