In the meeting resulted in a number of decisions including, agreeing to the annual report, the holding of financial statements of the year of the book ended on December 31, 2016 and approved the distribution of dividends of Rp5 per share sheet to the shareholders of the Company from the net profit of the company for the year of the book 2016.
