FOREST BURNER COMPANY HEARING

The judge's Assembly held a forest burner criminal hearing with PT Jatim Jaya Perkasa in the State Court (PN) Rokan Hilir, Riau, Monday (3/7). PN Rokan Hilir’s judge assembly delayed the hearing agenda due to the representatives of PT. Jatim Jaya Perkasa took place, previously Jaksa Penuntutu General demanded to be charged with a fine of Rp1.5 billion because it was allegedly burning a forest of 1000 hectares in Kubu Babussalam sub-district to be used as palm plantations in 2013.
