DEMANDS OF NONACTIVE SABU RAIJUA

Sabu Raijua’s non-active Bupati, East Nusa Tenggara, Marthen Luther Dira Tome left the room after the hearing of the demands in the Corruption Act Court (Tipikor) Juanda, Sidoarjo, East Java, Monday (10/7). KPK’s general prosecutor demanded Marthen Luther Dira Tome charged the case of the victim’s outer educational fund (PLS) in East Nusa Tenggara’s Education Office in 2007 worth Rp77,6 billion with 12 years’ demands of prison with a fine of Rp250 million.
