RADAR OBSERVATION DIRECTION
Head of Antariksa and Atmosfer Observation Hall (BPAA) LAPAN Agam (right), is next to the radar of the direction observation (Equatorial Atmosphere Radar (EAR) at the Antariksa Observation Hall office and Agam LAPAN Atmosfer, Agam Regency, West Sumatra, Wednesday (19/7). Ear is a radar that serves for the observation of the direction and wind speed of three dimensions (Zal, Meredinal and Vertical) at a height of 1.5 kilo meters to 20 kilo meters, besides it also serves for observation of the instability of the lonosfer layer at a height of 90 kilo meters, this Ear is the cooperation of the National Antariksa Aviation Board with the University of Kyoto Japan.
