A number of citizens do the outages by using the water pump machine in Seuneubok Teungoh Village, Arongan Lam Balek, West Aceh, Aceh, Thursday (27/7). Although the local government has prepared an outage by using a helicopter belonging to BNPB, most people still seek to help extinguish fires by using water pumps because it is faster and effective that it does not extend to the residential area of the population.
