The Governor of Bank Indonesia Agus Martowardojo (right) witnessed the Governor of North Kalimantan Irianto Lambrie (second left) signed an inauguration stone of the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia Province of North Kalimantan (KPW BI Kaltara) in Tarakan, North Kalimantan, Friday (28/7). The existence of Bank Indonesia in North Kalimantan Province (Kaltara) is expected to be an economic growth accelerator by keeping inflation in low and stable levels, maintaining regional financial stability, encouraging the development of rill and UMKM sector, as well as providing services in both cash and non-profit payment systems.
