Participants are preparing to follow the sailboat race without crew held at Palu Bay Beach, Central Sulawesi, Saturday (23/9). The sailboat race in order to festive the annual festival of Pesona Palu Nomoni 2017 followed by dozens of participants aimed to preserve traditional games as well as strengthen the interwarga silaturahmi straps especially fishermen.
