Megawati Soekarnoputri (center) received a Doctoral Charter given the State University Director of Padang Ganefri (right) during the appointment of the Doctor of Honoriis Causa in Political Education, in the State University of Padang (UNP), West Sumatra, Wednesday (27/9).
