Mendagri Tjahjo Kumolo when speaking on a national seminar entitled “Konsep and Implementation of the Pancasila State Law in Strengthening National Legal Issues”, in the Diponegoro University Postgraduate Building (Undip) Semarang, Central Java, Saturday (30/9).
