The chairman of the Constitutional Court (MK) Arief Hidayat (center) accompanied by Judge MK led the hearing agenda in the Constitutional Court Building, Jakarta, Tuesday (10/10). In the hearing the Constitutional Court breaks five items namely Test Law on Drugs, Test Law No.8 Year 1981 Article 83 paragraph (1) and Article 197 paragraph (1) on the Law of the Pidana Event, Regional Tax and Regional Retribution, Regional Tax and Regional Retribution, and testing Article 255 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) Law No.17 Year 2014 on MPR, DPR, DPD and DPRD.
