The Klimatology and Geophysics (BMKG) Jatim encourages people who are on the eastern and Madura Java island to secure the displacement of the dry season to the rainy season or pancaroba potentially resulting in winding, air temperature rise up to 36 degrees Celsius as well as a high wave of 1.5 to 3 meters in the sea in the last week.
