HEARING RULING HILL THORN

People follow the session of the group representative (class action) of Bukit Duri people against the Jakarta Provincial Government and a number of parties in the Central Jakarta District Court, Jakarta, Wednesday (25/10). In the trial, the Assembly of Judgment claimed a part of the group, deciding the Provincial Government of Jakarta and a number of other susceptible parties must pay compensation for the material of each of Rp200 million to 93 citizens of RW 10, 11, and 12 districts of Tebet, Bukit Duri, South Jakarta because it proves to violate the law in making a suspension.
