ACTION TUNTUT EXECUTION DESPAIR MA

A number of activists combined in the People's Movement of Aceh Suspends (GeRAM) conducting an appointment in the Front of the State Court of Meulaboh, West Aceh, Aceh, Thursday (26/10). In the action they asked the Meulaboh State Court immediately executed the Supreme Court’s ruling against PT Kalista Alam (PT KA) that was declared legally and guilty of conducting a live environmental criminal act, to immediately pay a fine of Rp 366 Billion to replace the materialile compensation as well as to restore the Tripa peatland area of 1,000 hectares that burn five years ago.
