Pangarmatim Laksamana Young TNI Darwanto (left) with a number of ship delegates of Asian participants Pasific Submarine Conference (APSC) 2017 visited the Monument complex of the Selam Ship (Monkasel) Surabaya, East Java, Thursday (26/10). The event was part of the conference followed by participants from 25 countries as a skeleton of loneliness, development, agreements, cooperation, and improvement of the ability in terms of rescue of lettuce vessels as a manifestation of humanitarian actions.
