PALEMBANG, 31/8 - ENERGI MANDIRI DESIGN. President Director PLN, Fahmi Mochtar (right) and Governor of South Sumatra Province, Alex Nurdin (left) signed a Memorandum of the Energy Mandiri Village Program, in Palembang, Monday (31/8). To increase the electric ratio in Sumsel, PLN cooperates with Sumsel and UNSRI provincials will build the Mandiri Energy Village by utilising local energy managed by locals with budgets reaching Rp4,8 billion.
