APPLICATION OF TRUST

Chairman of the Constitutional Court Judgment Assembly (MK) Arief Hidayat (center) accompanied by the Assembly of Judges MK Anwar Usman (left) and Manahan MP Sitompul (right) led a hearing with the agenda of the test of the Act No. 24 of 2013 concerning the Tax Administration in the Constitutional Court, Jakarta, Tuesday (7/11). MK is obliged to apply for the test of material over Article 61 Law Number 23 of 2006 and Article 64 Law Number 24 of 2013 concerning the Confirmation Administration related to the charging of religious columns in the KTP for the disclosure of trust that is currently emptied.
