Former Governor of Bengkulu 2010-2015 Junaidi Hamsyah (leftthree) followed the tribunal for the case of the corruption of the Letter of Decision of the General Hospital coach Council M. Yunus Bengkulu in the State Court of Tipikor Bengkulu, Tuesday (7/11). Former Governor of Bengkulu 2010-2015 Junaidi Hamsyah was divonis because it proved to violate Law no 20 years 2001 juncto Article 55 paragraph 1 juncto Article 64 KUHP on the climbing of corrupt criminal criminals with a 1 year 7 months and the fine of Rp. 50,000.000,- or subsider 1 month prison rate.
