JONRU PREPERADILAN HEARING

Single judge Lenny Wati Mulasimadhi leads a preperadilan group hearing submitted by Jon Riah Ukur alias Jonru Ginting in South Jakarta, Jakarta, Tuesday (21/11). The South Jakarta State Court rejects the entire preperadilan lawsuit submitted Jonru, and stated that the whole process of broadcasting, the determination of suspects, arrests, detentions, determination and disclaiming against the applicant (Jonru) by the thermohon (Polda Metro Jaya) one and two is valid.
