The 3rd President of Indonesia and Chairman of the Council of Honorary Bondan Cendekiawan Muslim Indonesia (ICMI) BJ Habibie was laughing when the opening of National Working Silaturahmi (Silaknas) in Bogor Presidential Palace, Jakarta, Friday (8/12). Habibie hopes that the role of the ICMI along the government can return Pancasila as a live view can be accumulation in the community's life through pro-ravel development or Pancasila market economy.
